IL SORRISO DEL MARTIN” SPECIAL AWARD

The “Sorriso del Martin” was born after the death of Anna Parodi, Paola’s daughter. Being a very smiling girl, who always welcomed you like that in Society, it occurred to me to dedicate this recognition to the participant who would bring his “special” to the competition. The prize will be awarded by Anna’s family.

2019	Paola Romani – daughter of former mayor Dino who died in 2018	We broke up saying that we would have a nice talk as an interview with Martin. He was Dino, our Mayor. He liked it and was immediately available. He was proud to talk about the territory of the municipality he had managed. He was aware of the potential that this had, so when he learned that PUNTA MARTIN would become the first Vertikal in Liguria, he was enthusiastic. It has always been present since the first edition. He arrived on the sly, asked for the number of athletes and asked for Alessio, whom he had always known. They greeted each other, exchanged opinions and returned to greet each other with a handshake that sanctioned their sharing. Dino, the next edition will not be there. We will remember him as an intelligent, good man and an honest administrator. He sacrificed part of his time, dedicating it to the welfare of his people. He worked for the good of his country with great humility. Now, with gratitude and esteem we greet and invite him, also this time, at the MARTIN MOUNTAIN FESTIVAL. We are almost there.
